Providing gymnastic training for students 2 – 18 yrs for over 34 years hit the wall in revenue growth due to the limits of the size of their facility. had experienced a downturn in revenue growth and profitability during the 2008/2009 recession and took on substantial debt from family and friends to plug the shortfall. RSMitchell Consulting helped the client immediately gain control of their cash management, developed a plan that substantially increased inventory turnover, and cut overhead and overhauled the operations.
RESULT: Client has increased inventory turnover from 2x to 7x while maintaining margins. Overhead has been reduced by 20% and sales units have increased by 40%. The client is now cash positive and reducing debt systematically.
